電池**性檢測設備 -> 動力電池針刺試驗機

電池針刺試驗機通過針刺試驗檢驗電池的**性能，通過實時試驗數據(如電池電壓、電池表面*高溫度、壓力視頻數據進行實驗結果判定)針刺試驗結束后電池應不起火，不爆炸、不冒煙；也是各電池廠家及研究所必不可少的檢測設備。

Qc743老標準要求 Qc743 Old Standard Requirement：
用直徑ψ3mm~ψ8mm的耐高溫鋼針、以lOmm/s~40mm/s的速度，從垂直于蓄電池模塊極板的方向貫穿至少三個蓄電池單體(鋼針停留在蓄電池中)

With diameter ψ3mm~ψ8mm high temperature resistant steel needle, lOmm/s~40mm/s speed, penetrate at least three storage battery monomer from vertical direction of store battery module pole board(steel needle stay in the storage battery)

Qc743新標準要求Qc743 New Standard Requirement：
用ψ6mm~ψlOmm的耐高溫鋼針(針尖的角度為60度，針的表面光潔、無銹蝕、氧化層及油污)、以20~30mm/s的速度，從垂直于蓄電池極板的方向，直至貫穿3個單體蓄電池(鋼針停留在蓄電池中。試驗后觀察1h)

With diameter ψ6mm~ψ10mm high temperature resistant steel needle(the angle of needle point is 60 degree, needle surface finish, no corrosion, oxide layer and oil stain), 2Omm/s~30mm/s speed, from vertical direction of store battery module pole board, penetrate till three monomer storage battery(steel needle stay in the storage battery, observe 1h after test)
